directly expressing written word into visual data.
the idea of being able to edit text bytes into other data formats is comforting to me. i am both hiding and expressing. i am exploding out into empty space, beeping electrical pulses it is likely nobody will find, let alone understand.
difficult to trace/recover, loss heavy formats like these explorations are theoretically and recoverable. it means somewhere out there it is possible to reverse engineer the noise this generation spews back into text data.
however, i have found that even repeatable processes will vary results, and recoverability is completely dependent on meeting the correct import/export conditions alongside reverse engineering the process. much like hexadecimal editing it is random and unpredictable.
in the end, turning images back into legible text is likely impossible.
